企業中通常會針對於專案進行風險管理,風險管理乃是執行專案活動的重要一環,為不可忽略之程序。因而,藉由一風險管理知識系統達到相關人員於判斷風險之參考。本研究提出一本體論為基礎的風險管理知識系統,首先發展一以BPMN為導向的本體模型,接著套入風險管理的內容,建立流程導向風險管理本體模型,其描述風險管理相關的知識,再依據本體建置成推論模型,並結合SWRL Rules的推論語法,設計系統之介面,讓使用者從系統中獲取所要的知識,達到提早預防風險發生之目標。
Enterprises often perform risk management in their projects, which is a crucial part of project execution and should not be ignored. Therefore, by having the knowledge of risk management, associated personnel will have reference to determine the level of risk. This research proposes an ontology-based knowledge of risk management system. First part is developing a body-oriented BPMN model, followed by applying the content of risk management to establish risk management process-oriented ontology models, which describe risk management-related knowledge. According to ontology, one can establish models and apply the reasoning grammar of SWRL Rules on them to design the system interface that allows users to obtain knowledge from the system and achieve the goal of preventing the occurrence of risk.
