近幾年來行動電話的演進從2G轉變到3G,其通訊的功能不再只是單調的語音電話,而是增加多媒體影像語音電話的功能,然而VoIP(Voice over IP)近幾年來在網際網路的應用相當普及,從原本只有傳送文字與檔案功能,演變成能傳送即時語音及影像等多媒體資訊的功能。
VoIP通訊技術不再局限於網際網路互通,結合3G行動網路廣域性涵蓋,將影像語音通話等多媒體服務擴展,不受固定空間所限制,並可利用其特性來延伸各種多元化服務,例如行動多方視訊會議、行動SNG ( Satellite News Gathering ) 新聞採訪、遠端監控與保全服務。
本論文目的除了介紹應用層面的特色外,並實際以整合SIP (Session Initiation Protocol)為基礎的發展平台與3G無線通訊網路如何溝通與運作加以研究,針對信號流程與影像語音進行通話分析報告,並與3G無線通訊網路相互通信為目的,研究影像電話之服務如何多元化與商業應用,也針對VoIP服務品質的問題如何來改善,進一步瞭解VoIP與3G通訊運作實際狀況。
The in the last few years mobile phone evolution transforms from 2G to 3G ,its communication function no longer is only the monotonous pronunciation telephone, but is increases the multimedia in telephone, However VoIP (Voice over IP) in the last few years quite popularizes in the Internet application, from originally only has the transmission text and the file function, evolves can transmit the real time audio/video and multimedia information function.
The VoIP communication technology no longer limits to the Internet exchanges, covers using the 3G mobile network, and so on the multimedia service expands the real time audio/video telephone, is not fixed the space to limit, and extends each kind of multiplex service using its characteristic,for example regards the news conference in every way, moblie SNG (Satellite News Gathering) ,the news interview, the far-end monitoring with preserves the service.
This thesis purpose is besides the introduction application stratification plane characteristic, how and really do take conformity SIP as the foundation development platform and the 3G wireless communication network links up and the operation performs to study,carries on the telephone conversation analysis report in view of the signal flow and the image pronunciation, and then understand VoIP and the 3G communication actual operation condition.
