  • 本個案--星元貿易有限公司,屬從事進出口貿易業務的中小企業,代理販售國外知名品牌之土木建築機器及廚房餐飲設備。經過三十年的努力,現今主要經營範疇集中在省人力化機器設備及上下游相關產業,針對不同的區域市場、通路型態,配合消費趨勢,陸續代理各種消費者喜愛的產品組合,並已發展到服務全台灣的規模。

    營運至目前階段,公司若要再度擴展向前跨出一步,經營者思考公司未來的發展方向目標,所面臨的挑戰,正站在抉擇的分叉路口:是繼續根留台灣向下紮根,發展第三事業體?或是要放眼國際,跨足進入中國市場以開拓生機呢?

    透過案例的探討,可以讓學習者了解,中小企業在經營的過程中,手中資源與能力相對薄弱,當生存之產業與資本結構急遽轉變,在動態的環境下,被迫面臨轉型或升級,唯有創新才能另闢新局。

    本論文包含個案內容和教師手冊兩部分,透過本論文,藉此培養領導者決策思維,必須嚴謹客觀分析,比較其結果優劣及所掌握的資訊,進而在日後碰到類似狀況時,能從個案中獲得不同角度的啟發,並可觸類旁通,增加思考的層面,確保決策的執行成效。


    In this study case, the company named Sing Yuan trading Co., Ltd., which is engaged in import and export business of small and medium enterprise, agents selling well-known foreign brands of civil construction machinery and kitchen catering equipment. After 30 years of hard work, nowadays the main business category focuses on human-machine equipment and related upstream and downstream industries. In order to satisfy different regional markets, access types and fit consumption trends, we have been agents of various consumer product portfolio one after another and have grown to with an ability to serve the whole markets in Taiwan.

    Operations to the present stage, the Sing Yuan plan to step forward once again extended. Leader have to think about future development directions and challenges faced of company. Sing Yuan is standing at the fork of choice: One is still to root in Taiwan continually and developing a new business units. The other is to look at the international, cross foot access to the Chinese market so as to explore the new opportunity.

    After case study, it leads to learners to realize that small and medium enterprises in the process of operate, having fewer resources and capabilities are weak in the hand. In dynamic environments, when industries and capital structures of company rapidly changing, forced transition or upgrade, the only survived way is to innovation that can open up a new situation.

    There are two chapters in this thesis: One is content of case and the other is teacher’s guide. It can train leader’s decision thinking, must be rigorous and objective analysis and compares advantages and disadvantages their results and information. When faces similar situations in the future, leaders can get inspired at a different point from the case, and by analogy, increasing the level of thinking to ensure successful implementation of the decision.
