  • 個案公司為全球型電子零件供應商,營運至目前階段,公司若要再度擴展向前一步,主事者思考公司未來發展方向,所面臨的機會與挑戰。此時正站在抉擇的分岔口。本個案所要探討身為全球型電子零件供應商,當公司所代理之重要產品線有代理權異動,而為了因應全球產業市場的快速變化,公司內部是否在本質上需要因應市場現況而做適當的內部資源調整。同時面對陌生的新市場,是否應立即大張旗鼓挺進或是更謹慎評估,然而獨家代理權逝去,進而另尋新供應商。在評估優良供應商的方面,那些因素是評估重點。是否應該有更具體、有效率的做法。


    In order for companies to maintain and grow their business in such competitive and fast pace electronics industries environment, a constant change will be required. Therefore, company’s owners will always face with never ending challenges and opportunities. In today case study, we would like to dive deeper on what global distributor can do to keep up with this ever-changing industry. Also, what are some of the key points that consumer will consider/decide which distributor to go too. Below are some of the key points that one can look into;

    -Appropriate internal resources adjustment to better suit the rapid ever-changing environment.
    -To consider other franchise line that is more suitable for current situation
    -In order touch base on new and unfamiliar market, intensive market research would be a option to better understand the market situation
