會展產業MICE是近期全球許多國家積極發展之策略性產業之一,因會展產業可帶動區域經濟,提昇國家和產業之國際形象,具有行銷國家或城市之功能。而發明協會在會展產業中長期扮演發明展覽的推手,在MICE產業盛行的風潮下,提供了發明協會一個優勢的發展機會。

本研究採用國內學者吳思華教授「策略九說」模型,系統化的整理與分析,建構發明協會在會展產業發展的關鍵成功因素KSF(Key Success Factor),並根據研究過程中所發現之延伸建議,提供可持續進行與發展補充不足之關鍵成功因素(KSF)方向。同時也發現單從價值鏈矩陣推導分析尚嫌不足,須參考國內外專家意見及經驗,以求達到更周全的考量。


With its strategic significance, Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) industry is growing rapidly in many countries around the world in recent years. MICE industry contributes to regional economic development and upgrades the international images for many countries and their industries. There is no doubt that MICE industry is an important marketing tool for many countries and cities around the world. In this connection, invention associations act as a pushing hand behind MICE industry. On the other hand, with MICE industry’s growing popularity, the invention associations continue to prosper.

This study analyzed the models outlined in “The Nature of the Strategy” written by Professor Wu Se-hwa and thereby constructed the Key Success Factors (KSF) that are required for the invention associations’ development within MICE industry and, based on the extended recommendations identified throughout the research process, points out the direction of KSF to facilitate the continuous development of invention associations. Moreover, this study has noted that value chain matrix alone is not sufficient for derivative analysis. Therefore, researchers are advised to include experts’ opinions and experiences into consideration.
