  • 供應鏈專家Martin(1992)提到「21世紀的競爭不再是企業之間的競爭,而是供應鏈之間的競爭。」現今複雜多變的供應鏈環境下,由於每間企業所處環境不同,所以成功的供應鏈策略幾乎很難被移植做複製。過去研究中,供應鏈設計多以功能為主,較少從企業根本問題著手,針對問題與情境發展出適合自己的供應鏈系統,所以本研究透過質化研究方法,深入觀察整個供應鏈的問題,最後設計出真正解決問題的供應鏈系統。
    本研究以跨界管理為觀察基礎,搭配設計科學的IT Artifacts理論,以長春石化供應鏈為研究對象,根據March and Smith(1995)所提出四個主要IT Artifacts階段發展出來的結果,在構念(Constructs)階段使用明確詞彙定義問題;模式(Models)階段利用構念描述一個解決問題的模式;方法(Methods)階段設計八項機制作為方法,分別為識別機制、通訊機制、安全機制、物流管理機制、資訊整合機制、跨界整合機制、備援機制、決策機制等;實例(Instantiations)階段是指實際運作的案例呈現,進而真正解決供應鏈系統的問題。本研究獲得IT Artifacts方法較傳統系統開發方式更符合實際系統開發情境所需之貢獻。


    The master of Supply Chain-Martin mentioned that the competitions in twenty-one century are no more in the competitions between enterprises, but in the competitions of Supply Chain. Nowadays, under the circumstances of the diversified Supply Chain, the different conditions among every enterprise cause that the successful strategies of Supply Chain are barely duplicated. In the past research, the designs of Supply Chain are mostly focus on its functions instead of dealing with the problems of the enterprise or developing a Supply Chain which is suitable for own situation. Therefore, this research makes a comprehensive survey which is about the Supply Chain through qualitative research methods. Moreover, this research could figure out the problem of Supply Chain and design a better one.
    This research is based on boundary spanning management and design science IT Artifacts theory, and the research target is CHANG AHUN GROUP. According to the four developments of IT Artifacts which is proposed by March and Smith in 1995, to solve the problems of Supply Chain should fulfill the four steps. First, using a specific word to identify the problems in step of Constructs. Second, using the concept to describe a model of solving problems in step of Models. Third, designing eight mechanisms in step of Method, including Identity Mechanism, Message Mechanism, Security Mechanism, Logistics Management Mechanism, Information Integration Mechanism, Boundary Spanning Integration Mechanism, Disaster Recovery Mechanism, Decision Mechanism and so on. Fourth, the presentation of operating in step of Instantiations.
    This research get the contribution of finding that the way of IT Artifacts is more suitable for the situation of the practical system development than the traditional system development.
