企業用手持式裝置的產品生命週期長、應用環境和使用範圍的擴大，產品種類、出貨量的增加和產品設計的複雜度的提升，產品維護專案管理團隊需要執行有效的方法，以解決各部門資源、人力和預算不足的問題，進而降低整體產品維護成本，提高產品維護團隊的能力與績效。本論文以質性研究，經過多年對個案公司的觀察和研究，探討其業績成長趨勢，應用限制理論找出痛點、瓶頸、核心衝突的來源，繪製現況圖和未來圖，並利用專案管理理論，調整產品維護管理專案執行的方法和內容。在改善完成後，進行績效改變前後的衡量比較，確認改善方法的有效性，並持續追蹤改善後部門績效，確認維持且無顯著的副作用。本研究發現，限制理論與專案管理理論與方法實施後第一年，個案公司產品維護成本降低成效顯著，節省成本超過50%，在爾後的幾年，即使維護管理產品數量增加，產品功能複雜度持續增加，產品維護成本也將能夠被有效的維持與持續降低。

Enterprise handheld devices are embedded with particular characteristics. For instance, its product life cycle of is long, the application environment and scope of use are expanded, and the product types and product design complexity increase over time. Therefore, the product mainte-nance program and management team require effective methods to solve the problems of insuffi-cient resources, manpower and budget of each department, thereby reducing overall product maintenance costs and improving the ability and performance of product maintenance team. This thesis adopts a qualitative research. After years of observation and research on the case firm, we explored the trend of performance growth, applied Theory of Constraints to find out the source of pain points, bottlenecks, and core conflicts, developed current and future value stream maps, and integrated project management theory, and eventually proposed a method for product maintenance management in enterprise handheld devices. This study performed a measurement comparison before and after the performance change, and confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed method. This study found that in the first year after the implementation of Theory of Constraints and Pro-ject Management theory and methods, the company’s product maintenance cost reduction effect was significant, saving more than 50% of the cost. In the following years, even if the number of maintenance management products increases, and the product function complexity continuously increase, product maintenance costs are able to be effectively maintained and continuously re-duced.
