The sense of security generated by the work environment is crucial to employees in the workplace. How will employees react to change in the work environment? With the popularization and development of modern technology, intelligent technology has extended to all aspects of life. Facing the sudden arrival of artificial intelligence information and applications, how should employees deal with it? This study investigates the effect of professionalism on the anxiety of artificial intelligence configuration on job security and job threat. The moderating model was used as an analytical approach. In this study, a total of 276 valid participants were collected. The results found that professionalism can effectively moderate the effects of artificial intelligence configuration anxiety on job security and job threat perceptions. Artificial intelligence configuration anxiety had a negative effect on job security. However, artificial intelligence configuration anxiety had a positive effect on job threat. More importantly, professionalism strengthened the effect of artificial intelligence configuration anxiety on job security and job threat.
