在現代木構造產業中,木結構與金屬件的搭配已密不可分,使用金屬鐵件做為桿件之間的連接,相較於純榫卯結構,更能增加木材加工效率與材料使用效率,而時至今日,隨著台灣國產材林業的再次推動與循環經濟議題的推波助瀾,台灣的木構造建物正雨後春筍的出現,其中內嵌片狀鐵件配合穿孔釘的形式因組裝效率高且有較少的鐵件外露特性,越來越受到建築師與業主的青睞。
本研究以嘉北車站為例,參考本人過去參與崙坪三期木構雨棚的經驗,嘗試使用Grasshopper for Rhinoceros 進行木構桿件與金屬連接件的參數化整合與開發,若在本案的造型設計下,將原始結構需求導入模型整合架構中,其有利於施工單位的前期檢討,更能有效配合各廠商在組裝需求上做即時調整可視化整理,並在施工過程中進一步幫助料件的加工與管理。
In the modern timber construction industry, the combination of timber structures and metal parts has become inseparable. Using metal parts as the connection between rods can increase the efficiency of timber processing and material usage compared to pure mortise and tenon structures. Today, with the resurgence of Taiwan's domestic forestry and the promotion of circular economy topics, Taiwan's timber-structured buildings are emerging like bamboo shoots after a spring rain. Among them, the form of embedded flat metal parts combined with perforated nails, due to its high assembly efficiency and fewer exposed metal parts, is increasingly favored by architects and owners.
This study takes the Jiabei Station as an example, using Grasshopper for Rhinoceros to carry out the parametric integration and development of timber rods and metal connectors. If the original structural requirements are incorporated into the model integration structure under the design of this case, it will be beneficial for the pre-review of the construction unit, can effectively coordinate with various manufacturers for real-time adjustment and visual organization of assembly requirements, and further assist in the processing and management of materials during the construction process.
