企業變革中，通常會採取下列行動：1.調整組織結構，縮編部門，人員裁撤；2.更換高階管理團隊；3.刪減營業成本及資本支出；或/與4.因應未來產業狀況，重新定義核心事業，制定成長策略。本研究探討企業如何導入精實生產來加強內部管理核心能力，應付在面對新轉折時的衝擊。本研究以航空器發動機維修廠為例，在理論方面探討精實生產導入過程。在個案研究方面，本研究針對個案公司探討如何在2015年因導入新產品而面臨生產效率降低，不良率增加及交期延誤危機中脫困，並進而讓績效更上一層樓。本研究用價值溪流圖討論精實生產導入的過程，進行流程合理化的改善活動，個案企業改善其製造與管理之流程、提高產品之品質、生產力與增加產業競爭力。本研究探討其精實生產管理模式，以及運用價值溪流圖之分析，建立精實生產製造導入模式，包含推行前置活動、定義價值、確認價值溪流、暢流、後引式生產、完善等六大步驟，利用個案公司之H產線為例，導入之後的生產指標結果顯示，確實在精實生產導入模式對個案公司之效益十分顯著。

This study presents a case of aircraft engine maintenance plant regarding how to import lean production to strengthen core competencies and to cope with the impact of dynamic customer’s needs. Discussion on corporate strategy and turn lean production import process in theory. In the case study, the study for the case due to product changes how companies faced in 2015, lower productivity, increased defect rate and delivery delays in turnaround crisis, and thus allow a higher level of performance.
Turning point in the face of general business situation changes usually take the following actions:
1. Organizational restructuring, downsizing departments and personnel abolished;
2. Replace the top management team;
3. To cut operating costs and capital expenditure;
4. In response to the future state of the industry, redefining the core business, the development of growth strategies.
In lean production to explore, the present study to discuss the process of lean production introduced by VSM (Value Stream Map the value stream map), lean production is mainly to improve the activities of the rationalization process, the purpose is to help enterprises improve their manufacturing and management processes, improve product quality, productivity, and increase industrial competitiveness.
This study attempts to investigate the lean production management model, and the use of value stream analysis, establishing a system of lean manufacturing import mode, including pre-implementation activities, the definition of value and recognize the value stream map, smooth flow, after the lead-type production, perfection of six stages of improvement, the AC company and H production line as an example for discussion, but also with AC company displayed in the import subsequent production of several indicators of lean production results of the import mode of the significant benefits of the company.
