該集團原本是以筆記型電腦代工為主的 OEM 公司,但是代工的毛利逐漸下滑,因此於 2007 年轉型為強固型筆記型電腦之自有品牌。 本個案為該集團裡的光電事業中心為故事背景,在多年研發銷售大模組的半成品後,開始發現如果只是做同樣的大模組銷售是無法增加 BU 的營業額,因此開始朝向醫療次系統發展。而由於領導者對於次 系統銷售模式一知半解下與國際醫療大廠簽下了訂單,卻也發生了客戶的產品設計問題,指定的供應商配合度不佳,內部人員責任歸屬分 配不公,最後導致組裝後的產品不良慘遭客戶指定的 EMS 嚴重退貨 並引起客戶抱怨。
本研究以哈佛個案研究之方式探討供應鏈管理、全面品質管理、 客戶滿意度、領導行為方式理論以及馬斯洛需求層次理論,盼能分享 此個案經驗給予相關從事人員作為借鏡與參考。
The group was originally an OEM company based on notebook computer OEM, but the gross profit of the foundry gradually declined, so in 2007 it was transformed into a self-owned brand of rugged computer. This case is the background of the optoelectronics business center in the group. After years of research and development and sales of semi-finished products of LCM modules, it began to find that if only the same LCM module sales will not to increase the turnover of BU, therefore it began to run the medical sub-system business. However, because the leader has signed an order with the international medical giants for the sub-system sales model, but also the customer's product design problem, the designated supplier cooperation is not good, the internal personnel responsibility belongs to the unfair distribution, and finally leads to assembly. After the product was poor, it was seriously rejected by the customer-specified EMS and caused complaints from customers.
This study explores supply chain management, total quality management, customer satisfaction, attribution theory of leadership and Maslow's hierarchy of needs in the form of Harvard case studies. It is hoped that this case experience will be shared with relevant personnel as a mirror and reference.
