人的想法及追求的快樂會因為時間而改變,人生都可以因年齡拆成幾個階段,快樂可以用價值感、富足感、寧靜感、安全感來代表,因著優先順序及佔比不同。此篇論文就是一篇快樂製造機,這是此論文最終、最期待的目標與目的。本個案使用了國際扶輪的最高領導人黃其光先生為主軸,國際扶輪一百零九年以來,第一次由華人擔任首位社長,他在實踐人生的終極目標—快樂。他為什麼成功?因為他快樂,所以「快樂是因,成功是果」。
個案先從他如何榮任國際扶輪總社社長切入,再引入他的蘊育少年期、極速成長期、哲學成熟期的快樂四感,文中提醒讀者價值感、富足感、寧靜感、安全感等快樂四感在他人生如何發生,最後再以他的人生終極目標—快樂來做結尾。
本文後半段,除了介紹價值感、富足感、寧靜感、安全感快樂四感的細節—定義、培養、快樂工程元件外,在個案討論的部分說明了教學目標與課程,討論問題及個案背景,也提供教學建議、板書建議及快樂四感理論之分析有助於教授們教學之參考及同學們課程討論,在個案分析的部分我們也發現到對於安全感的需求愈形增加時,就代表心態上愈趨近於哲學成熟期。富足感在年齡愈大時需求愈深,若愈多也愈容易達成快樂。安全感在極速成長時期,較不重要。價值感、富足感在哲學成熟時期對快樂的貢獻,極其重要。
Human thought and searching happiness will change by time passing. Life will divide to several stages by age. Value, Wellness, Peace and Safety Senses will represent the searching happiness by people, but priority and different percent content. Happiness machine is the final goal and expect of this article. The Gary CK Huang is the major role as the highest leader in Rotary International in this case study. He is first Chinese President. He really enjoys his happy life as the final goal. Why he succeeds? He was so happy. Happiness is the cause, and success is the result.
Initially, he was elected as Rotary International President. And then his youth, rapid growth and philosophical mature stages were brought inside. The four Value, Wellness, Peace and Safety Senses was frequently mentioned in his life. The ending was found in his enjoying happy life as the final goal.
The next half of the case study followed up. The details about the four Value, Wellness, Peace and Safety Senses were discussed with definition, raising and happy engineer elements. The case study discussion was described the teaching objectives and curriculum, various characters, the problems. This text also provide teaching suggestions, the blackboard recommendations and theoretical analysis. These contents help the professors teaching reference and the students class discussion. We found the more Safety Sense he needed, the more philosophical mature stage he approached in the case study analysis. Wellness Sense was extremely needed in older age. He would feel happier when he got more Wellness Sense. Safety Sense is less important in rapid growth stage than other stages. Value and Wellness Senses were valuable and important in philosophical mature stage.
