  • 對於以人力資本為主的房屋仲介業而言,如何吸引有才能、有價值的員工繼續留任,並導引、激發業務人員能充份發揮其所長,這對於企業組織可說是非常重要的一項課題。
    本研究係以房屋仲介業的業務人員為研究對象,針對人力資源發展、工作滿意、工作績效之關係進行研究,瞭解員工對於公司現行的人力資源發展的看法,並探討其對自我工作滿意與工作績效的評價。
    研究結果顯示,公司若重視其人力資源發展,對於業務人員對於工作的滿意程度愈高,兩者有顯著的正向影響關係。同時,重視其人力資源發展的公司,其對於業務人員的工作績效表現有顯著的正向關係。另外,若業務人員對其工作滿意程度高,則對於其工作績效表現有顯著的正向影響關係。


    As a mediate brokerage agent, Human Capital is the lifeblood to operate. It’s an important issue for an organized business to allure employees whom are ability and worthy to hold over, guide and stimulate them to develop their talent.
    Real estate agents, whom are the object of this study, focus on the correlation between Human Resource development, Satisfaction, and Achievements. Try to figure out employees’ opinion about current human resource development policy and evaluate their own satisfaction, and achievements on their job.
    Main finding in this essay, satisfaction, achievements and human resource development are show as positive correlation. A company that emphasizes on human resource development, their employees will have high satisfaction. Also they will have excellent performance. An employee has high satisfaction, which will have outstanding performance.
