現今全球資訊科技日新月異的蓬勃發展，企業持續創造新的技術，提升競爭優勢，同時越來越注重科技與人文之間的連結性。資訊科技開始著重以「人性化」為出發點，企業藉由深入瞭解使用者的需求，開發出人性化科技，帶給現代人們更加便利、無所不在的享受資訊科技人性化的服務。

因此，企業如何兼顧科技創新與打造以人為本的人性化科技，便成為目前相當重要的議題。本研究主要採用IT主導邏輯，是延伸至主導邏輯為企業決策者的主要管理思維，影響決策者所採取的行動，而將其概念運用在IT上，即為IT主導邏輯。根據大量的文獻與質化研究的個案研究法，本研究目的主要為探討企業的IT主導邏輯、IT資源結構、管理機制以及IT創新之間的關聯。

本研究以長春石化集團為個案，分析在長春資訊科技開發過程中，其IT主導邏輯是以人本為主，影響IT資源結構（資源與規則），歸納出IT創新常規與敏捷性引進IT的管理機制運作，進而達到持續IT創新應用服務。本研究提出的IT主導邏輯以及研究的架構，可以提供組織作為參考，探討如何讓企業以人性化持續IT創新。

As information technology booming nowadays, people in the world pay more and more attention to user friendly information technology. Therefore, "humanization" is a priority issue in modern technology. Companies developed humanity technology by gaining further insights into what customers need, bringing people more convenient services, so that customers can enjoy humanity information technology.

As a result, how companies can promote innovative technology and develop humanity technology simultaneously has now been a crucial issue. This study adopted “IT dominant logic,” which is extended from dominant logic and is the main thinking of decision makers in a company. According to massive references and case study research method of qualitative research, the purpose in this study is to explore the connection of IT dominant logic, IT resource structure, management mechanisms, and IT innovation.

This study uses CHANG CHUN GROUP, CCP as a case. This study analyzes how IT dominant logic affects IT resource structure in the process of developing CCP information technology. Furthermore, this study sums up IT innovation routine and agilely imports IT as management mechanisms in order to reach the goal of continuing IT innovative application service. The concept of IT dominant logic and structure presented in this study can provide references for organizations to make sustainable development of humanity IT innovations.
