當今在自動化設備已經演進到相當成熟期階段,在未來發展領域上就是投入在品質控管與減少人力資源,朝向無人化工廠為目標。這將是未來趨勢,也是將可投入產業工作範圍領域。藉著此次論文來研究探討分析未來自動化產業的方向跟前進動力輔助。
國內的光電產業早期設備大多數是採進口單機或整條生產線移植過來臺灣。在這產業領域下不斷的投入生產及研發,陸續產生自動化設備需求,特別在關鍵零組件的需求更是快速提升,得到相得益彰的產業關係鏈。這發展促使臺灣在自動化設備領域上有機會提昇更高層次,技術層級也更加精密化,在投入產業開發的腳步值得研究探討。
此次的研究方法是採用麥克波特(Michael E. Porter)的五力分析,進行剖析實際個案的所有項目,與實際面相互驗證。在關鍵零組件的開發上,能有更多的構思且結盟各廠商的技術優勢,建立更佳技術實力,在未來的國際產業競爭上面對更多的挑戰與問題做好準備,進而提供技術輔導給其他新興國家。
The development of automation equipment has entered its mature stage nowadays, where quality control and human-resource reduction are two important factors for reaching to the goal of unmanned factory. This thesis tries to explore the direction and the power of progress of automation industry.
Early optoelectronics equipment used for domestic industry in Taiwan adopted two approaches. One is to import stand-alone equipment, and the other is to transplant the entire production line of such equipment. Due to continuing investment of improved R&D and production to meet the demand of market, it should be involved in the quick upgrade of such supply of key components in the industry. This will complement the relation chains between the suppliers and the customers in the industry. It is worthwhile to investigate in this study how this situation prompts possible opportunities with upgrade but high-level cooperation between them.
This study adopts Porter’s five forces model to analyze the issues of an actual case, and verify its practical feasibility. As to the development of key components for optoelectronics equipment, this study concludes some valuable find-outs, such that alliance of technical advantages among various manufactures, establishment of technical strength against competitors, action plans to face challenges and problems of international industrial competition in the future, and ability for provision of technical consults to other emerging countries for finding new market.
