企業內部創業是一家企業持續成長的動力之一,除了可以鼓舞士氣之外,同時也可以達到人事升遷管道暢通的效果。當企業在成長的過程其組織也會跟著一起膨脹,當企業組織膨脹到一定的程度之後就會影響到部分產品的競爭力。最明顯的就是因為人事成本的增因而加造成毛利率下滑。另外就是組織結構變得相對複雜與多層級,也因此造成對市場的快速變化無法及時的做出決策。除了努力的開發新產品維持競爭力之外,這些不適合在大型公司體制下經營生產的產品,也可以以成立較小的新公司或是轉投資的方式,將這些毛利率下滑的產品外包或是轉給新的公司經營生產。
本研究透以立訊精密股份有限公司創業過程作為個案,希望經由分析個案的創業過程,可以探討母公司在推行內部創業時,內部創業領導人應有的人格特質。以及分析內部創業領導人在創業過程中,面對創業時許多的不確定因素所採取之策略的管理意涵,進而作為企業經營者在採用企業內部創業時經營決策上的參考。
Internal entrepreneurship is one way to sustain a continues growth within enterprises, in addition to increase motivation, it also creates more promotion opportunities. When an enterprise continues to grow, the organization and processes will become too complex to support the low margin business, the high OPEX and process/decision inflexibility will decrease the competiveness these products in the rapid change market. One option is to spin off this product line to form a smaller new company, and outsourcing the product line to these new formed company.
In this study, through the entrepreneurial process Luxshare Precision Co., Ltd. as a case, I hope through case analysis of the entrepreneurial process, the parent company can be explored in the implementation of internal entrepreneurship, intrapreneurship leaders should have personality traits. And analyzing internal business leaders in the entrepreneurial process, entrepreneurs face many uncertainties in the management implications of the policy to take, and then as a business by business refer to decision-making at the time of adoption within the enterprise business.
