  • 本個案描述一位中小型資訊服務創業家,如何白手起家創立公司的過程,並在創業初期面對競爭激烈的市場,當所有的資訊服務廠商都在爭奪大型科技產業市場時,但該創業家透過觀察及模仿,找到公司價值主張,發展出自我的商業模 式並堅持專業,誠信,品質的服務理念,創造出獨特且獲得中大型傳統產業的客戶肯定,奠定成功創業的基石。其間,本文將論述因為雲端服務新經濟的來臨,公司的老經驗面臨新型態雲服務的危機,與內部融合的衝擊,面臨企業成長第二曲線的下一步。
    本論文包含個案本文與教學指引兩部份,個案內容可用於討論創業家精神、資源基礎理論、商業模式、企業成長第二曲線等議題。了解企業如何培養和累積 自身的資源基礎和能力,形成長期性的持續競爭優勢,如何運用商業模式,實現 價值服務的創新,最後,了解到企業經由外部環境的感知能力來修正企業內部的 認知並進一步調整執行方針制定企業未來的行動。


    This case portrays how a small and medium-sized information service entrepreneur started from scratch to create a successful company. In the early stage of entrepreneurship in the face of a fiercely competitive technology based manufacturing market where most other information service providers were present, the entrepreneur through observation and imitation, formulated the company's value proposition, and developed his own differentiating business model. By adhering to professional, honest, and high quality service concept, he turned to obtain the recognition of medium to large sized customers in the traditional manufacturing industry, and laid the foundation of successful entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, with the advent of the new economic model of cloud services, the company's original business model began to face direct challenges, along with the subsequent impact of organizational adaptation to the changes, and had to find its way to the path of the second curve of enterprise growth.
    This paper contains two parts, a case study and a teaching guide, to initiate discussions on entrepreneurship, resource-based theory, business model, and the second curve of corporate growth. The paper also helps understand how enterprises cultivate and accumulate their own resource base and capabilities, form long-term sustainable competitive advantages, utilize business models to achieve innovation in value services, and finally, understand that enterprises can revise their internal cognition and adjust business policies through the ability to perceive the changes of the external environment.
