  • 伴隨資通信科技進步與應用普及,各國政府已開始規劃、推動建設智慧化城市,透過綿密的5G網絡,以及整合其他無線技術,串接起各種裝置與服務,組建成為物聯網(IoT),讓眾多智慧連網裝置之間得以溝通,創造各種智慧化應用場景,藉由網路與資訊科技的普及與便利性,打造未來的新城市面貌,解決都市化衍生的問題,提升大眾的生活品質。
    面臨主流顯示器(電腦監視器和電視)市場成長已趨緩的顯示器廠商,正受困於產業內競爭激烈,業績成長受限的窘境。對顯示器廠商而言,應用在智慧城市中可連網的智慧顯示器,會是下一個可以讓公司成長的機會。因此,本研究以顯示器產業裡的一家個案公司研發部門為例,分析市場、產業與個案公司的現況和發展機會,在智慧連網應用趨勢當中,找出產品規劃方向,運用產業環境PEST分析、競爭者分析、波特五力分析、藍海策略工具、SWOT分析、以及策略技術藍圖(T-Plan)等策略管理理論與工具,總結顯示器產品研發的技術策略規劃與建議。
    本研究旨在幫助顯示器廠商在智慧連網應用趨勢下找到適合自身的產品規劃方向,並制定有效的市場策略。希望通過本研究的成果,能為顯示器產業在智慧城市市場中的發展提供有益的啟示和參考。


    With the advancement and popularization of information and communication technology, governments worldwide have begun planning and promoting the construction of smart cities. Various devices and services are interconnected through the extensive 5G network and the integration of other wireless technologies, forming the Internet of Things (IoT). This allows numerous smart connected devices to communicate and create a wide range of intelligent application scenarios. By leveraging the widespread and convenient nature of the internet and information technology, new urban landscapes can be shaped, solving problems derived from urbanization and enhancing the quality of life for the public.
    Display manufacturers, facing a slowdown in growth in the mainstream display market (computer monitors and televisions), are currently plagued by fierce competition within the industry, resulting in limited business growth. For these manufacturers, smart displays capable of connecting within smart cities could present the next growth opportunity. Consequently, this study takes a case company from the display industry as an example, analyzing the current market, industry, and company development opportunities. It also identifies product planning directions within the smart connected application trend, using strategic management theories and tools such as PEST analysis, competitor analysis, Porter's Five Forces analysis, Blue Ocean Strategy, SWOT analysis, and the Technology Plan (T-Plan) to summarize the technological strategy planning and recommendations for display product research and development.
    This study aims to help display manufacturers find suitable product planning directions and develop effective market strategies under the smart connected application trend. It is hoped that the findings of this study can provide valuable insights and references for the development of the display industry within the smart city market.
