為提升掃描器產品的附加價值與功能,增加自動送紙機構,且要符合快速掃描以及準確掃描的需求,送紙機構之性能對此有直接影響。因此為了要達到既快速且高解析度的要求,必須對送紙機構的動態進行分析。本研究主要藉由分析送紙機構中紙張,滾輪間的作用力及滾輪組織彈簧力設定、送紙速度等設計要素,從事動態模擬與分析,以期提昇送紙機構之可靠度及確保經由CCD攝取紙影像清晰。本研究藉由田口法,以紙張運動方向之速度變易來進行送紙機構的參數最佳化,並藉由實際修改一組送紙測試平台來進行送紙過程,再利用所規劃的實驗方法來量測送紙過程中紙張的速度變化,以和模擬的結果相比較。最後從研究結果中歸納出滾輪組正向力大小、摩擦係數及滾輪組間之速度差等參數對送紙速度之影響,以提升送紙機構的穩定度。
An Automatic Document Feeder will increase the added value and enrich the function of image scanning products. To get the images precisely positioned under high speed document feeding, the feeding mechanism plays a critical role. Therefore, to do a dynamic analysis of the document feeding mechanism is absolutely necessary.
By analyzing the paper feed body, the force between wheel and roller spring legislative organizations, settings, feed rate, we would like to enhance the reliability of the feeding mechanism and ensure the image quality captured from CCD (Charged Couple Device).
Based on Taguchi method, this study would like to optimize the speed variation parameters and verify such parameters on a paper feeding testing platform, and then conclude the relationship between all the parameters and feeding speeds to improve the reliability of the feeding mechanism.
