  • 本論文係以微帶天線陣列整合市售積體電路晶片研製一款中心頻率為24.125 GHz的MIMO雷達模組,其具有4T4R的收發架構並可發射頻率調變連續波訊號。本論文將MIMO雷達模組應用於物品分類,並選擇兩組物品,第一組為裝水的燒杯(高介電係數)、裝有30 %葡萄糖水的燒杯(中介電係數)和空燒杯(低介電係數);第二組為香蕉、蘋果、芭樂作為待測物來驗證雷達的功能。接收到的基頻訊號利用MATLAB軟體進行頻譜分析得到不同物品的特徵,並同時完成雷達的初步軟硬體整合。


    This thesis develops a MIMO radar module at 24.125 GHz by microstrip antenna array and commercial integrated circuits. The radar module has 4 transmitters and 4 receivers with capability of transmitting the frequency-modulated continuous wave (FMCW) signal. The developed MIMO radar module is applied to object categorization. Two set of objects: 1. a beaker of water (high dielectric constant), a beaker of 30 % glucose solution (medium dielectric constant), and an empty beaker (low dielectric constant) 2. a banana, an apple, and a guava were chosen as test objects to verify the function of the radar module. The received signals are analyzed by MATLAB software using the frequency domain analysis technique to obtain the features of test objects. In this thesis, the developed radar module can successfully distinguish the test objects, and the system integration of software and hardware have also been verified.
