  • 隨著數位印刷技術的成熟,客戶對速度、品質和成本效益的期望不斷提高,大型噴墨印表機已漸成為數位印刷的主流。因此,產品研發必須密切關注市場需求,包括創新的列印應用。本研究以個案公司為例,運用多種分析工具,包括產業分析、PEST環境分析、策略分析、波特五力分析、SWOT-TOWS策略矩陣、藍海策略工具、價值主張分析和策略草圖等,找出關鍵的驅動因子以確定產品研發策略技術藍圖(T-Plan)。研究分析顯示,雲端應用和連結自動化需求是產業的趨勢,而創新的噴墨技術列印應用可避免競爭激烈的標準數位列印市場競爭。實現更高效的生產流程可以減少人力使用,同時提升設備智能化管理。在創新噴墨技術列印應用方面,透過企業併購和技術投資,可以在新裝飾墨水應用領域獲得競爭優勢,避開直接與數位列印標準品市場競爭,並開拓藍海市場機會,提供個案公司產品發展方向參考。

    As digital printing technology is gradually becoming mature, the large format inkjet printer has become a major trend in digital printing since customer expectations for speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness continue to increase. Therefore, the product development must closely focus on market demands for innovative printing applications. This study takes a case company as an example and utilizes various analytical tools, including industry analysis, PEST environmental analysis, strategic analysis, Porter's Five Forces analysis, SWOT-TOWS strategy matrix, blue ocean strategy tool, value proposition analysis, and strategy sketches, to identify key driving factors for determining the product development strategy with technology road-mapping plan (T-Plan). The research analysis reveals that cloud printing applications and connected automation demands are industry trends, while innovative ink-jet technology printing applications can avoid fierce competition in the standard digital printing market. Achieving more efficient production processes can reduce labor usage while enhancing equipment's intelligent management. In terms of innovative ink-jet technology printing applications, competitive advantages can be gained in the new decorative ink application field through corporate mergers and technology investments, avoiding direct competition with standard digital printing market and exploring blue ocean market opportunities, providing a reference for the case company's product development direction.
