電子商店已進入多角化經營時代。虛擬社群與電子商店共同經營、物流業者與食品業者結合開設食品宅配網、甚至不向使用者收費反而以廣告營收為主,諸如此類多種類型結合而成的複合電子商務經營獲益模式在近年來漸漸發展且吸引許多使用者的注意,但目前卻少有研究將電子商務之營利模式作詳細的統整。本研究希望探討企業或組織在進入電子商務市場時,有哪些可幫助本身創造價值之經營獲利模式,並嘗試整合走出框框而不被侷限於單一營利模式。
研究範圍包括台灣現有發展電子商務虛擬通路之企業,輔以文獻探討、專家訪問及市場普查等方式,統整並歸納出目前電子商務市場中存在哪些營利模式。另外以前人之電子商務經營模式為基礎,推導出加入新的電子商務元素之經營模式,作為網站普查架構,並衍伸出不同經營模式搭配採用之營利模式。
本研究的明確貢獻在於:(1)提出加入新元素之電子商務經營模式。(2)提供在電子商務市場中可採用之營利模式。(3)整合經營獲益模式,配合專家意見提供經營與營利策略。期望能為部分企業提供相當的參考價值。


Management of electronic business has already evolved into diversified ways. Virtual communities and electronic shops survive together. Logistic companies cooperate in food-deliver websites with foodstuff industries. Even the major revenue source is depended on advertising incomes instead of charging from customers. Such multi-combination profit models of e-commerce, which were developed gradually in recent years, have already come into notice with users. However, there were few studies that discussed about the multi-combination profit models of e-business. This research aims to discuss which business models and profit models are appropriated for various enterprises creating their own value. Moreover, the suggestion for enterprises in this study attempts to integrate various models instead of being confined to single model way.
The scope of this study including the existing companies which have been build up their own virtual channel on e-business. Available profit models in present e-commerce market were summarized by literature review, interview with specialists and market survey. In addition, new business models with new e-commerce elements were derived based on existing models. These new models, which are used as the foundation of website investigation, are also extend as complex profit models by collecting different business models.
Contribution of this study lies in: (1) Proposing new electronic business models with new elements. (2) Providing available profit models in current e-commerce market. (3) Integrating the types of business and profit models, offering suggestions about business and profit strategies with specialist command in consideration. It is expected to offer appropriated reference for specific enterprises.
