在資訊科技進步下,近年來許多企業紛紛進行電子化作業的導入工作,以製造業為例,先進規劃與排程系統(Advanced Planning and Scheduling System)的導入可讓企業能更了解工廠在生產過程的相關資訊,以決定最佳的規劃機制。
當前先進規劃與排程系統大都針對單一工廠的資訊進行規劃,而面臨全球化的趨勢,現今許多企業紛紛導入分散式製造的觀念,在此趨勢下必須藉由協同合作方法來整合各廠先進規劃與排程系統之資訊。
藉由各生產系統協同合作進行資訊交換可讓系統規劃之資訊更順利地進行整合。因此本研究先進行分析先進規劃與排程系統之特性與運作模式,並使用系統提供之資訊建構各廠工廠模型,最後發展一套針對系統生產資訊的調整機制,使各廠區先進規劃與排程系統整合各廠區生產資訊,以達成系統間資訊整合及分享的目的。
In today manufacturing industry, APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling) system can provide detailed production information to achieve an optimal production plan.
Currently, most of the APS systems were focused on single plant planning. However, distributed manufacturing required APS to integrate various manufacturing information and to perform collaborative planning.
This research analyzed the features and the operation model of an APS system first, and then developed a collaborative factory model. The developed model was applied in a multi-factory, outsourcing example to prove its feasibility.
