  • 本研究主要透過文獻探討,探究資源資基礎理論之核心論點與研究架構,及該理論應用之相關研究、了解輪胎業之產業重大議題、產業關鍵成功因素及產業主要運用策略。另透過個案分析法,以資源基礎理論深入探究個案公司成為業界龍頭之因,即其如何擁有核心資源,核心資源有何特性,又其如何建構核心競爭力以長期取得市場租金。
    研究發現,目前對於核心資源及核心競爭力的定義,不管是學術抑或實務上,皆有「模糊不清」的現象,或許因為兩者本質相近,又或者因為核心競爭力主要是由某一核心資源所組成,而某項核心資源的建構又可能與其他的核心資源有關,層層建構的過程,當中的關係交錯、相互影響,模糊了之間的因果關係。因此,對於具有知名品牌的公司,其品牌價值通常會被認為是該公司「核心競爭力」之一,然本研究認為品牌價值係源自於其技術能力,而技術能力源自於人才與組織制度和文化,其中組織制度與文化更為重要,其具有連結、整合、建構所有資源的能力,創造異質性,進而發展公司的核心競爭力,而組織資源的重要性亦源於其能夠維持核心資源的優勢特性,維持或提升市場的競爭優勢,儘管資源特性會受到內外部環境影響而變化,組織資源能有足夠彈性與應對能力應對之,尤其在現今這個易動的社會。
    而組織制度與文化是由「人」訂定之、實行之,因而某種程度上亦會受到組織關鍵人物之背景影響,例如,個案公司之日本文化,實事求是的精神。


    By reviewing resources-based related literatures and using case study method to explore that how the case company can make the success base on the resource-based theory.

    This studys find that the current definition of the core resource and core competence, whether academic or practical, has a "fuzzy" phenomenon, perhaps because the two are similar in nature, or because the core competence is mainly caused by a certain core resource. And the reason that core competence could be a core competence is because of the complex of the process of constructing a resource, a core resource, or a core competence. And this study believes that brand value is derived from firm’s technical capability which is derived from talents and organizations culture, which shows the importance of the organizational resource, and the importance is also because it has the ability to protect the advantages of resources.
