本論文係以頻率調變連續波雷達技術,研製三款24-GHz一維人體定位雷達模組。該模組包含射頻電路、基頻電路及數位訊號處理。射頻電路分別利用Infineon公司之BGT24MTR11及BGT24LTR11N16雷達收發機晶片結合鎖相迴路,且分別使用漸進式槽孔天線及2x2陣列天線作為雷達收發天線。雷達收發晶片之基頻輸出訊號先經過Bessel濾波器將串音現象之影響進行抑制,再經過差動放大器進行放大。最後將放大後的訊號傳到微控制器(MCU)進行類比-數位轉換,再透過藍芽模組傳至電腦進行快速傅立葉轉換。本論文所研製具鎖相迴路之24-GHz雷達模組,可成功實現一維人體定位,其人體量測誤差約為8.4 %。


This thesis develops three 24-GHz one-dimensional human positioning radar modules based on the frequency-modulated continuous-wave (FMCW) radar technology. The module includes radio frequency circuits, baseband circuits and digital signal processing. The RF circuits are implemented by Infineon's BGT24MTR11 and BGT24LTR11N16 radar transceivers chips with the frequency synthesizer chips. In addition, Vivaldi notch-antenna and 2x2 antenna array are designed to be treated as transmitting and receiving antennas. The baseband output signals of the radar transceiver chip are first sent into the Bessel filter to suppress the crosstalk effects, and then amplified by the differential amplifier. Finally, the amplified signals are converted to digital signals by the microcontroller (MCU), and then sent to the computer to perform fast Fourier transform via the Bluetooth module. The 24 GHz radar module with the phase-locked loop developed in this thesis can successfully locate the human subject position with a measurement error of about 8.4 %.
