公共安全的議題在現今許多供公眾使用之建築物中常被提起,而既有之公眾建物由於過往認定的安全等級差異,往往會成為現今公共安全的死角。在建築火災發展初期,主要為人員逃生避難之時間,而避難路徑上的開口部遮煙性能,影響著逃生避難時間,由於國內目前對於遮煙性試驗之規範尚未完備,因此本研究針對所需之設備系統進行研究與測試,其主要的研究方針如下:
1.綜合研究比較各國之防火遮煙門試驗規範。
2.設定不同的測煙通氣設備性能測試,來進行規劃設計及系統測試。
3.藉由現場實際測試來修正設備所需之性能,並建議適合國內之遮煙試驗方法。
經由本研究ㄧ連串的修正與實際測試,除了對「建築用防火門遮煙性試驗方法」草案提出修正建議外,另外在研究過程中所發展出的「常溫現場開口部遮煙性實驗方法」,是一種在常溫下建築物開口部構件現場實際量測的實驗方法,可作為舊有建物改善之現場量測設備,最後提出對於建築物開口部構件遮煙的全面性規範,供日後國內相關規範訂定之參考。
Nowadays, the issue of security in public building is constantly mentioned in many occasions. Due to the different level of identification of passing safety, the security in existent public building is often the dead spot of public safety now.
On the early stage of fire growth in the building, it is the critical time for people to escape form the scene. Moreover, the performance of shelter that is in the opening of the evacuative path strongly affects the evacuative time. At present, it is not enough test standards for detecting smoke leakage apparatus in our country, doing research and testing the system of apparatus for stipulating the test method of the smoke control door. Basically, my research principles are described as follows:
1.To compare various standards of the smoke protection door test.
2.To set up different performance test of detecting smoke leakage apparatus and to proceed with designing plan and system test.
3.By testing and revising the performance of apparatus needed on the site, and proposing the suitable test method of smoke control doors in our country.
During a serious of testing and revising in my research, purpose a suggestion of ‘Method of test for evaluating smoke control performance of fire doors’. Besides, in my research of development purpose a kind of experimentation that can detecting shelter performance on the site named ‘Method of testing shelter performance on the site in ambient temperature’. This experimentation method can used to improve the dangerious questions in existing building by testing opening assemblies. Finally, suggest overall standards in the shelter performance of building opening assemblies, and give a reference to establish relative standards.
