我國於2019年07月30日公布純網路銀行許可設立名單,正式宣告台灣進入純網路銀行時代,惟相較於國際,台灣純網路銀行之起步較晚,台灣亦是銀行服務發展十分飽和的市場,作為銀行市場的新進者,台灣純網路銀行業者該如何找出最佳的競爭策略,在一片競爭的紅海中找到新的藍海? 本研究透採行定性研究方法,透過蒐集各種材資料進行歸納分析及演繹,希望可以了解台灣純網路銀行產業,如何在台灣「銀行過剩」(overbanking)的經營環境下,以何種經營方針及經營策略,謀求業務的順利發展,乃至於營利。於蒐集相關數據後,透過資源基礎理論、SWOT分析法、波特五力分析、7P行銷組合等四種進行分析,藉以求出台灣純網路銀行產業最適之競爭策略。 本研究發現現階段而言,擴大市佔率是台灣純網路銀行業者首要之課題,台灣純網路銀行業者之最大優勢在於金融科技之整合利用能力,於目標市場方面,需優先專注在個人金融領域的發展,尤其針對數位原住民等年輕一代,於行銷產品及作業流程面,需善用其優勢,透過金融科技優化作業流程及精準行銷,才能造就純網路銀行業者之競爭優勢。本研究僅採用國內純網路銀行業者之相關資料,建議後續研究者可以加入國際上純網路銀行業者之營運數據資料,,讓整體研究更加完整。
On July 30, 2019, our country announced the list of licenses for the establishment of Internet-only banks, officially declaring the start of the era of Internet-only banks in Taiwan. However, compared to international standards, Taiwan's Internet-only banking started relatively late, and Taiwan is a market with a saturated banking service development. As a newcomer to the banking market, how can Taiwan's Internet-only banks find the best competitive strategy and find new blue oceans in a fiercely competitive market? This study adopts a qualitative research method, using various materials for data collection, induction analysis, and deduction to understand how Taiwan's Internet-only banking industry can achieve smooth development and profitability in the "overbanking" operating environment in Taiwan by adopting what kind of operating policies and strategies. After collecting relevant data, this study analyzes using four methods: the resource-based theory, SWOT analysis, Porter’s Five Forces Analysis and The Marketing Theory of 7Ps, to determine the most suitable competitive strategy for Taiwan's Internet-only banking industry. This study found that expanding market share is currently the top priority for Taiwan's Internet-only banking industry. The greatest advantage of Taiwan's Internetonly banking industry lies in its ability to integrate and utilize financial technology. In terms of the target market, it is necessary to focus on the development of personal finance, especially targeting the younger generation such as digital natives. By utilizing its strengths in marketing products and optimizing operational processes through financial technology, Internet-only banking industry can achieve a competitive advantage. This study only uses data from domestic Internet-only banking industry. It is recommended that future researchers can add data on the operation of international Internet-only banking industry to make the overall study more complete.
