Online learning platforms have become the trend in Thai organizations after the spreading of Covid-19. This research will analyze the opportunities and threats of the online learning platform in Thailand to determine the possibility of using an online learning platform to improve employee skills in an organization in Thailand. Due to the pandemic happen immediately, various companies provide online learning for their employee without any plan. The implementation online training class has a different process comparing with offline, so the guideline for starting will also be present in this report.
