摘要
本研究以不同莫爾比的馬來醯亞胺(Bismaleimide,BMI)、巴比妥酸(barbituric acid,BTA)與苯基矽氧烷寡聚物(phenylsiloxane oligomer)利用麥可加成反應(Michale addition reaction)置備出BMI/BTA-APTES-PHSLX高分子寡聚物。利用不同的莫爾比分別為BMI/BTA(1/1(mol/mol))、BMI/BTA(2/1(mol/mol))、BMI/BTA(4/1(mol/mol)),固含量20%,探討有加入APTES-PHSLX及沒有加入APTES-PHSLX進行反應動力學研究。
使用微分式掃描熱量分析儀(DSC),在373K~403K反應一小時得到反應放熱數據,將實驗所得數據利用Matlab數學軟體分析,再利用Arrhenius方程式計算出活化能;使用熱重/熱示差分析儀(TGA)以及凝膠滲透層析儀(GPC)進行耐熱性質的探討及物性分析。
Abstract
In this study,bismalemide (BMI)、barbituric acid (BTA) and phenylsiloxane oligomer were used to synthesize BMI/BTA-APTES-PHSLX as an additive by Michael addition reaction. The system of BMI/BTA=1/1(mol/mol)、 BMI/BTA=2/1(mol/mol)、BMI/BTA=4/1(mol/mol)( in the temperature range 373k~403k), and discuss kinetics of reaction whether adding APTES-PHSLX or not.
Using DSC ,at 373k~403k one hour to obtain a reaction exothermic reaction data.The experimental data obtained using Matlab software analysis ,then use Arrhenius equation to calculate the activation energe .
Using TGA and GPC to discuss the heat and physical analysis.
