印刷產業在經歷數位印刷崛起後的顛覆,產業環境產生一番新的變革,數位印刷已成為產業新興趨勢之一,傳統印刷產業原先面臨即將成夕陽工業,卻因數位印刷而轉身成為引領行銷的工具。本研究以個案公司從傳統走向數位防偽之路的案例,探討產地認證標章在防偽技術上的應用,該公司起初提供RFID Tag防偽標籤服務,但因防偽無法落地,於2006年轉換產品項目為防偽標籤。為了轉型為製造業,公司於2010年併購傳統印刷工廠,並於2014年添購數位印刷設備,開始應用數位印刷技術生產防偽標籤,增加生產競爭力。隨著產品技術的提升,公司於2015年建置驗證溯源管理系統,將防偽技術與系統結合,運用在產地認證標章來驗證及管理標章真偽,以確保產品品質及食品安全。
本研究透過文獻探討及個案分析,說明傳統印刷產業在轉型過程中,如何瞭解傳統防偽技術的限制和缺陷,在製程方面不斷優化將技術升級,並開發具有差異化競爭優勢的產品,再者以系統發展生命週期(SDLC)來建置管理系統,並結合防偽技術實現產地認證標章的防偽功能,並探討其運用於創新產業模式的優勢和應用價值。透過標章驗證溯源管理系統的實施,品牌商能夠提高產品真偽驗證效率、增強品牌信譽和保障食品安全。同時,數位印刷技術的應用能夠提高生產效率、降低生產成本、提高生產靈活度和客戶滿意度。本研究的結果可以提供其他產業企業在轉型時的參考,以期能夠增加競爭力、提高產品品質及保障消費者權益。
With the rise of digital printing, digital printing revolutionized the printing industry and becomes one of the emerging trends. This case study explores the transition of the company from traditional printing to digital anti-counterfeiting printing technology and explores the application of origin certification labels in anti-counterfeiting technology. The company initially supply anti-counterfeiting RFID tags service, however, due to inability of the anti-counterfeiting techniques, the company switched to supply anti-counterfeiting labels in 2006. In 2010, the company acquired a traditional printing factory and become a manufacturing company. And in 2014, the company purchased digital printing equipment to produce anti-counterfeiting labels and increase production competitiveness. As the product technology improved, in 2015, the company established a verification and traceability management system to combine with the anti-counterfeiting technology on the origin certification label to verify and manage the authenticity of the label to ensure product quality and food safety.
Through literature review and case analysis, this study explores how the traditional printing industry continuously optimized the production process and upgrade the technique and develops product with differentiated competitive advantages after understanding the limitations and shortcomings of the anti-counterfeiting techniques during the process of transformation. Additionally, the company uses System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to develop management systems and combines anti-counterfeiting technology to achieve anti-counterfeiting functions for origin certification labels, and explores the advantages and value of application by applying this to innovative industry models. Through the implementation of the label verification and traceability management system, brand owners can improve product authenticity verification efficiency, enhance brand reputation, and ensure food safety. At the same time, the application of digital printing technology can improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, increase production flexibility, and customer satisfaction. The results of this study can be a reference for other industry companies during their transformation process, to increase competitiveness, improve product quality, and safeguard consumer rights.
