創新與速度是企業競爭致勝的關鍵因素，研發專案的最大挑戰在於一方面要應付變動中的需求，一方面要在緊縮的時程與預算內完成專案，所以研發團隊除了在技術上必須日益精進，更需要運用有效的開發流程，以確保團隊能夠發揮綜效；這正是敏捷開發流程於近年來興起的主要原因。
本研究透過文獻探討深入瞭解敏捷開發的精神價值與原則方法，並選擇敏捷開發方法中目前最流行的Scrum框架中運用的方式與角色，與個案實務經驗進行差異分析，再透過個案分析導入敏捷開發流程的策略過程與導入後所獲得的效益，佐以成功關鍵因素，建構一個價值創造之敏捷開發模式架構，供其他準備導入的企業做為參考，以減少導入障礙，並加速獲得導入敏捷開發所帶來的效益。

Innovation and speed are key factors to enterprise competition success. For a R&D team, the major challenges are how to manage the frequent project change requests and close the projects in time and in budget. Therefore, in order to capture synergy benefit for a team, it not only needs to advance its technology but also adopts the productive development process. That’s why Agile Development Process is getting more and more popular.
This thesis tries to further explore the values and principles of Agile Development Process, and the artifacts and roles of Scrum Framework -- currently the most popular Agile Development methodology by literature review and compare with the original development process of system technology R&D center. Also this thesis analyzes the case about how they implement Agile Development Process and what the benefits they obtain afterward. In the end, this thesis construct a Value Creation Agile Development Model for other companies reference, in order to help them remove obstacles and speed up to get the benefits from Agile Development Process implementation.
