本研究回顧了筆記型電腦(以下簡稱筆電)產業發展的過程,並分析了目前產品發展的現狀,自2010年Apple iPad平板電腦問世以來,筆電市場逐年下滑。近幾年電競筆記型電腦(以下簡稱電競筆電)產品逐年突破低成長困境開始反轉情勢,在筆電市場中佔有一席之地。2020至2021年COVID-19疫情下的宅經濟商機,全球筆電市場連續兩年成長,2022年的俄烏戰爭和通膨導致需求趨緩,筆電市場年衰退24.3%。如何面對急遽變化的產業前景,創造個案公司的競爭力與獲利,是本研究的動機。
本研究透過分析電競筆電相關文獻與產業報告,以F. J. Aguilar 大環境分析(PEST)產業環境掃描的方法對企業所處的宏觀環境做分析。Michael Porter競爭策略之五力分析(Five forces analysis)了解產業競爭強弱。Albert S. Humphrey 強弱危機分析(SWOT)分析,探討個案公司的優勢、劣勢、機會與威脅,確認企業目前所在的位置。Heinz Weihrich 道斯矩陣(TOWS)分析找出增長型策略 (SO)、差異化策略 (ST)、扭轉型策略 (WO) 和防禦型策略 (WT)的組合。Raymond Vernon產品生命週期分析(Product Life Cycle)電競筆電策略規劃。Bruce Henderson 波士頓矩陣 (BCG Matrix) 分析企業產品系列結構與市場占有率進行長期戰略規劃與資源分配。以規劃未來三年的產品開發策略藍圖(T-Plan),並建立產品開發策略佈局及技術策略規劃流程,開發符合市場需求的產品,期待能為公司帶來更高的營收與獲利。
This study reviews the development process of the notebook computer (hereafter referred to as "laptop") industry and analyzes the current state of product development. Since the release of the Apple iPad tablet in 2010, the laptop market has been declining year by year. However, in recent years, gaming laptops have broken through the low growth situation and begun to reverse the trend, occupying a place in the laptop market. The COVID-19 pandemic's stay-at-home economy from 2020 to 2021 has created business opportunities, and the global laptop market has grown continuously for two years. However, the 2022 Russia-Ukraine war and inflation have led to a slowdown in demand, and the laptop market has declined by 24.3% annually. How to face the rapidly changing industry prospects and create the competitiveness of the case company is the motivation of this study.
This study analyzes the macro environment in which the enterprise operates through the F. J. Aguilar PEST industry environmental scanning method by analyzing gaming laptop-related literature and industry reports. Michael Porter's five-force analysis of competitive strategy understands the strength of industry competition. Albert S. Humphrey's SWOT analysis explores the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the case company to confirm the company's current position. The Heinz Weihrich TOWS matrix analysis identifies the combination of growth strategies (SO), differentiation strategies (ST), strengthening strategies (WO), and defense strategies (WT). Raymond Vernon's product life cycle analysis plans gaming laptop strategies. Bruce Henderson's Boston Matrix (BCG Matrix) analyzes the company's product line structure and market share for long-term strategic planning and resource allocation. With a blueprint for product development strategies for the next three years, this study aims to establish a product development strategy layout and technical strategy planning process to develop products that meet market demand, expecting to bring higher revenue and profits to the company.
