This page article is about urban link element "Path" ,which through『Shape of Rattan』carry out『paths of Hall』recombinant design. First of all, in design thinking, This research is based on " path " of " The image of the city " of Kevin Lynch, cooperate with " street theory " of Einar Lillebye to Collection whole , and induce the digit design method of 『paths of Hall』— " Points , Lines , Planes , Rooms " and " Delimit , Lead , Assemble ". With this method, regarding "Campus Hall" as experimental subjects, simulating a series of designs which accord with campus "paths of Hall".

Secondly, in digital fabrication, Imitate "Rattan" to grow, Similar with the concept that "the plant is systematized" with "the building is the module", and developing the concept that can be understood with fabrication principle that is operated fast briefly. Lastly, export the component with CNC, and use the fabrication principle of "Rattan bionic" to build "Rattan Paths" of the true space.

In summary, thinking how to begin the fabrication by imitate "plant "of bionics, we can find out the characteristic of production of the mould clearly, reduce the surplus modeling.
