本研究是以資訊電子全球運籌產銷模式為背景來研究國際物流業者為滿足顧客的需求,應用各種創新的原理來提供各種創新的服務並與全球運籌產銷業者同步成長為主要內容。
研究中首先就資訊電子業全球運籌產銷模式與國際物流業者的發展現況加以說明,並且分析國際大廠因策略佈局而啟動資訊電子代工大廠的全球運籌模式,而全球運籌模式的營運進一步啟動了國際物流業的創新演進和服務能力的提升。
本研究亦對物流業未來的發展趨勢提出了觀察結果:
1、需求持續增加但競爭激烈
2、物流業者大型化
3、物流資訊系統的整合
4、物流業者致力於價值創造的服務創新活動
5、積極的對中國大陸佈局
6、整合型物流的形成
針對觀察的結果提出對台灣國際物流業者的建議:
1、硬體發展:
積極的整合,並以並購、策略聯盟、中國市場佈局、物流資訊系統整合為硬體發展的重點。
2、以了解顧客需求、專業知識與技能、管理能力作為創新管理發展的基底,應用創新的原理,結合技術創新、程序創新、服務創新的應用來做為長期發展策略的重要基石。
The scope of the research has been focusing on analyzing global logistics provider's innovation management and trying to identify the catalyst that triggered service evolution.
The research commenced with the latest development on global logistics trend of electronics manufacturers and analyzed how the world class buyers exercised their influence to change the game rule of electronics industry. In association with that, global logistics development trend in electronics industry cascaded down to global logistics providers and there have been quite a lot of service innovation activities conducted.
The global logistics trends that being identified are:
1. Demand increases continuously while competition is also keen.
2. Logistics providers expand through M&A.
3. Undertaking logistics system integration.
4. Logistics providers concentrate on value creating activities.
5. Aggressive China development plan
6. Integrated logistics solution
The suggestions to global logistics providers:
1. Hardware: put focus on service integration; upgrade scale through M&A; strategic alliance; China investment; logistics system integration.
2. Build the innovation management with the elements of truly understanding customer needs; expertise and skills and management competences, make the best use of innovation theories in association with technology innovation; process innovation; service innovation to develop long term strategic plan.
