  • 近幾年來,我國資訊產業的發展在政府與企業的努力經營之下,由原先以硬體設備為主,軟體服務為輔的環境建置及維護。延伸至今,已角色互換了,變成由軟體為主,硬體為輔的環境。

    全球資訊軟體在2014年聚焦在「行動應用、巨量資料、雲端運算、社交媒體」等四項科技,並延伸出十大應用趨勢。台灣的軟體產業在政府對軟體產業的重視與輔導之下,整體軟體發展環境已逐漸跟上全球腳步,加上電子商務熱潮及物聯網的推動下,資訊軟體將會擴大其產業的規模。

      本研究以客戶滿意度衡量模型,從客戶的期望產品的績效不一致及客戶
    滿意四項變數為理論基礎及資料分析架構中去探討個案公司對於客戶滿意
    度的影響。

      本研究希望從軟體資訊的服務到軟體產品化的銷售中,透過客戶滿意度
    的調查,使得公司管理營運上不斷地提昇本身的核心產品,創造出符合特定
    客戶群需要的產品創新服務,期能對相關學術及實務上有些貢獻,並對後續
    研究方向做建議。


    In recent years, the development of China's information industry under the
