    Abstract
The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationships among the utilization of health-related information on internet and information commitment of elderly adults, technology acceptance model, subjective norms, and the effect of the attitude towards intention to use health-related information in the future.
The samples were collected from those who are 45years old (and above). “The Attitude and Intention of Health-related Information on the Internet Questionnaire” was developed and distributed to 380 users. After collection of survey samples, exploratory analysis of factors, descriptive statistics, analysis for credibility, t-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis were adapted to run the procession of analysis. A total of 283 valid questionnaires was collected and organized. The results of the study showed that:
    1. The lower educational level of samples performed better in the content and function of information commitment than the other levels.
    2. The longer length of using the internet, selective exploration, accessibility of belief in acceptance of technology, and attitude toward utilization of health-related information on internet would be better.
    3. Information commitment, technology acceptance, and subjective norms have significant influences on the attitude toward intention to use health-related information for higher aged adults.
    4. Attitude toward intention? to use health-related information would cause significant influence on attitude toward intention to use health-related information.
    5. Attitude toward internet medical information mediated the relationships between intention of use and the information commitment, technology acceptance and subjective norms for higher aged adults.
Finally, the result and the suggestions of the research were also proposed to the website users, the web designers, and the future researchers.
