  • 公共設施之服務品質對於許多公共場合,如學校、醫院以及公司機關有著極大的影響,而在本研究中舉校園為例,以校園資產做為研究對象。校園資產對於學生的培育及學術研究上有著重大的影響,有鑑於此,校園資產之品質是不容忽視的。本論文著重在資產報修通知系統上,希望能透過提供一個直覺且方便的報修方式,讓使用者的報修意願提升進而促進整個維修程序的進行。本文提出一結合RFID技術之線上報修系統架構,有了此系統,使用者能夠使用他們所擁有的NFC行動裝置輕易且快速地讀取資產標籤後,經由無線網路進行線上報修;在報修資訊填妥送出後,相關處理人員將會及時收到報修通知且同時亦分派維修任務至維修人員的維修排程內。另外在評估系統效益上,本研究舉了兩個例子來做分析;結果顯示,RFID線上報修系統的使用將能提升校園資產之稼動率及使用者滿意度。此RFID線上報修平台不同於傳統採用修繕人員定期檢查的方式,它提供了一個開放的空間讓學校的每位成員都能提供維修資訊共同為校園環境盡一份心力。


    Service quality of public facilities plays an important role in public areas such as school, hospital or companies. In this thesis, we take school for example. Campus asset is one of an important part to student training and scientific research, so the quality of asset cannot be neglected. In this study, we focus on the asset maintenance notification system, hoping to provide an intuitive and convenient way to urge users notify maintenance tasks and accelerate the whole maintenance process. The way we proposed in this thesis is a web-based RFID maintenance notification framework; with this framework, users can easily use their NFC mobile devices to notify maintenance tasks via wireless, and then the stuff who handles the tasks will immediately get the information; meanwhile, distribute the right tasks to right workers. For assessing the benefits of this framework, we use two examples to do numerical analysis; the results show that both the utilization of assets and the satisfaction of users will increase through web-based RFID maintenance notification framework. The web-based RFID maintenance notification framework is different from traditional routine checking, it provides an open space to let all members in school can do their best on maintaining the environment of campus.
