目前國防部配合國軍精進案的推動，軍事院校調併分兩階段進行，第一階段自九十四年開始推動。而此次參與軍事院校第一階段調併的中正理工學院資訊科學系，一直是培養國軍資訊專業初任軍官的搖籃，在國軍「精進案」政策指導之下，在併校後即將進行進一步的系所簡併。此舉對於國軍資訊戰力發展的影響需要持續觀察並加以評估。為了比較資訊科學系學生在調併案推動前、後的「學習滿意度」，本研究以問卷方式調查學生在併校前的學習滿意度狀況。以學生的觀點出發，發現八個層面中，滿意度以「人際關係」最高，其餘依序為：「師資教學」、「學習環境」或「學習成果」、「課程教材」、「生涯規劃」、「學校行政」、「連隊管理」。其中，「學校行政」及「連隊管理」等兩個層面亟需要加強。以無母數分析檢定結果發現，在性別、年級、身份別、戶籍地區、家庭背景、家庭經濟等六個學生人口變項中，只有不同年級在學習滿意度上，有顯著差異。整體來說，三年級學生的學習滿意度比一、二年級差。其餘變項在學習滿意度上，並無顯著差異。本研究為國內探討相關議題的首創之舉，在後續研究方面，本次研究針對資訊學門的研究工具及結果，將來可以擴展到其它學門。也可以做為未來新軍校的品質衡量指標之一，及推動軍事院校調併案第一階段後續及第二階段工作之參考。

In response to the downsizing project of the Armed Forces, and for the balanced development of military school education, a merger involving the Chung Cheng Institute of Technology (CCIT) and another two military schools will be conducted in July 2005, forming a new military school in northern Taiwan. The computer science (CS) department in CCIT is a well-known educational organization for providing well-trained military officers with information professional. To continuously evaluate the educational quality of military school students majoring in CS curriculum before and after this downsizing project is also needed. The main purpose of this study was to research the learning satisfaction of the CS students in CCIT. The approach applied to this study was the survey method with a questionnaire. There are eight aspects within the questionnaire survey. The CS students were the most satisfied with social life, which were followed in the order by quality of education, learning effect and compensation, working conditions, facility and teaching administration, recognition and life plan, policies and procedures, military management. With regard to grad differences, using the nonparametric tests, freshman and sophomore were more satisfied with learning than junior. As to other demographic variables such as: geographical location differences, gender differences, economical differences, and identity differences, there were no differences in all aspects of learning satisfaction. This research is the first approach in Taiwan to study the learning satisfaction of military students majoring in CS curriculum. It also can be used as a quality measurement indicator for the new military school in the future, and the experience obtained in this study can help government to do the downsizing project of the military schools in the late first and the second phases.
