此為專案管理個案,指出專案時程,範疇與成本間的關係。並舉一案例來表示專案中時程,範疇與成本間的關係。
The project schedule is linking with project scope and cost. This case shows schedule impact with extended project scope. There are some conflicts in different function teams even in different companies due to the extension of project scope. The project manager must find out trade off of project scope, schedule and cost to make project successful.
