  • 企業對於雲端應用的發展及行動設備科技的進步,規劃進行雲端服務的資訊科技應用的必要性,企業導入雲端的目的不只是提高組織效能、提供使用者更有效率的資源存取及提升資訊人員的管理價值,更希望透過資訊科技對於企業治理有所幫助,這將是未來企業對於更多雲端應用時代需要思考的議題。因而企業透過主機虛擬化解決方案來更有效率的利用企業的伺服器硬體資源及延長部分舊應用系統的生命週期,也為了集中管理使用者作業環境及降低維護成本而規劃導入使用者虛擬桌面基礎結構。
    企業導入虛擬桌面基礎結構改變了部分作業程序,可能會引起使用者的抗拒,甚至不當的規劃會影響了企業的整體運作,因此本研究希望透過文獻研究分析的方式試圖針對電子製造業在規劃導入虛擬桌面基礎結構時,提供規劃的適當建議以及導入的關鍵成功因素,以期望對於企業的規劃人員有所助益。


    In regard to the improvements of cloud application development and mobile equipment technology in recent years, corporate enterprises have found it necessary to plan and implement information technology (IT) application cloud services. The purpose of cloud implementation is not just to improve organizational effectiveness, provide users with more efficient access to resources and enhance the value of information management staff, a greater hope is held for IT to help with corporate governance. This is also a topic enterprises need to consider in a future era with even more cloud applications. So, enterprises have used virtual hosting solutions to more efficiently use their server hardware resources and extend the lifespan of old application systems and to centralize the user management work environment plus lower maintenance costs while planning to implement user virtual desktop infrastructure.

    Changes made by enterprises to some operating procedures of their virtual desktop infrastructure could meet with user resistance or poor planning could affect enterprises' overall operations. Therefore, this study hopes that through research and analysis of literature to attempt to provide appropriate suggestions regarding critical success factors to electronics manufacturers when planning to implement virtual desktop infrastructure and provide assistance to others planning similar implementations.
