本研究以信昌機械廠股份有限公司為例,在探討電動車的快速發展趨勢下,汽車產業面臨市場結構變化的發展挑戰,對現有燃油車產業供應鍊的衝擊其轉型變革是必然的趨勢。汽車零配件廠該如何思維持續符合市場趨勢需求的創新產品及研發經營策略的因應。
個案公司擬定產品策略目標,讓汽車開閉鎖產品更具備市場競爭力。規劃願景方向協助公司提早市場佈局,透過收集各領域的市場訊息及數據分析,歸納運用來掃描汽車開閉鎖的市場總體環境,解析產業競爭關係,找到公司的技術發展領域,使產品在未來的應用上取得技術優勢,促使企業及早進入市場掌握時機。
分析規劃未來 3 ~ 5 年的產品研發策略佈局藍圖,使個案公司有符合動態新市場需求的產品,達到保持年營業額穩定成長之目的。
This study takes Shin Chang Machinery Factory Co., Ltd. as an example to explore the challenges faced by the automotive industry in the face of the rapid development trend of electric vehicles and the changing market structure. The impact on the existing supply chain of the fuel vehicle industry and its transformation is an inevitable trend. How automotive parts manufacturers can think about developing innovative products and R&D management strategies that continuously meet market trend demands is the focus of this study.
The case company has formulated product strategy goals to make their automotive door lock products more competitive in the market. By planning the vision direction, the company can assist in an early market layout by collecting market information and data analysis from various fields, summarizing and utilizing them to scan the overall market environment of automotive door locks, analyze industry competition relationships, and find the company's technological development areas. This will help the company gain a technological advantage in the future application of products and grasp various opportunities for entering the market.
The study also analyzes and plans the future 3-5 years product development strategy layout, allowing the case company to have products that meet dynamic new market demands and achieve the goal of maintaining steady revenue growth annually.
