本研究以小型木構之台科大資訊展示中心為對象,實測過熱期間,外環境及建築設備對室內熱、光、音品質之影響,同時以智慧電表監測設備耗電量,並在健康、舒適之前提下,找出兼顧節能、環境變化、使用者控制的環境設定模式,提出適用智慧控制系統之管理策略。
根據光環境於學校建築之閱讀空間標準照度200lux 為基準,若不考慮特別陰暗點,自然光可有六成狀況達到標準,僅考慮人工光時,則藉由集中投射達到標準照度;吊扇三段風速、空調五段風速噪音實測室內平均值分別介於33-47 分貝及40-53 分貝,控制設定上可採一級風,搭配吊扇設定在弱風、中風,則綜合兩者之平均噪音量可控制在44 分貝,可符合45 分貝教室背景噪音標準;吊扇弱、中風可提供0.36m/s 及0.43m/s 之環境平均風速,可將無風時之28 度舒適上限提升1-2 度,顯示在開啟排氣窗夜間通風與搭配吊扇同時,空調使用最低風速及控制溫度設定在臨界點之29 度,可有效節約能源。夜間通風可降低空調之初始耗能,吊扇除可提供空氣流動亦可提升室內溫度均齊性。
The influence of the outdoor environment and building equipment on thermal, lighting, and sound quality is investigated in the small wooden construction of NTUST Information and Exhibition Center during the period of cooling season from May to July. This research aims to look for the most appropriate environment setting with the premise of healthiness and comfortability, also with energy-saving, environmental variation, and user-controllable in mind.
Based on the 200 lux minimum illuminance requirement by the national standard for classrooms, natural lighting is sufficient for 60% of the time while artificial light can achieve the requirement by aiming light sources to the desks. Measured noise levels of a 3-speed ceiling fan and 5-speed air conditioner average between 33 to 47 dB and 40 to 53 dB, respectively. It is recommended to set the air conditioner with the lowest speed while turning on ceiling fan with low to medium speed. The combined average sound level of the setting is 44dB, meeting the permissible classroom noise level of 45dB by WHO. Ceiling fans with low and medium speed provide an average air velocity of 0.36m/s and 0.43m/s, respectively, allowing the upper comfort temperature limit of 28 ℃ to raise one to two degrees. It is recommended to set the air conditioner to 29 ℃ with the lowest speed open while allowing natural ventilation at night and turning on ceiling fans for energy-saving. Ventilation at night could reduce the initial energy consumption of the air conditioner and ceiling fans could enhance indoor temperature distribution while providing indoor airflow.
