知識型工作者是二十一世紀最重要的資產之一,政府或企業的知識工作者都正在快速增加。現企業日益龐大,其整體知識工作效率能否提昇,將影響到企業競爭力,這亦是知識管理日益受到重視的原因。
本體論(ontology)原為哲學用語,電腦科學運用其為知識表示法,形成「概念化知識系統」。其係以概念圖(concept map)為基礎,表達概念及概念間關係的網路式知識表示法。可運用於各領域概念化知識系統的建構,希冀達成“人腦”,“電腦”同時可瞭解的知識系統。企業可佈於各處知識,以本體論手法(知識顯性化、正規化)為基礎,建構「本體論」。
本論文希望對知識工作有所助益。實驗由下向上方式(bottom up approach),粹取原始數位文章知識(以儀控規格為範例)。以字彙頻譜(三段式)關連文章,進行比對。以交叉分析表(cross reference table)將文章知識概念化(概念─屬性─屬性值)擷取。以概念圖(concept map)及形式概念分析(formal concept analysis),確定概念間關係並形成知識地圖。最後將其建構於本體論,行成一完整本體論知識系統的建置程序。並可進一步運用於本體論語義網,達成知識共享與再利用,以增進企業知識管理效率。
The revolution of knowledge management is going to dominate the 21st century as it did in industrial before. How to manage knowledge effectively and efficiently will decide the competitive advantage of an organization.
Knowledge workers will always get huge and conflict digital information and also make a lot of documents every day. Our experiments aim to extract useful knowledge by comparing articles with words spectrum and using cross reference table based on concept analysis to condensate conceptualized knowledge and to organize concept map per acquired cross reference table.
Ontology is as explicit formal specifications of the terms in the domain and relations among them. Ontology has been used as conceptual knowledge representation, which can be realized by both human and computer. Finally we will implementation our concept map to ontology to verify that the procedure we organized conceptual knowledge from raw articles is available and useful for domain knowledge applications.
