    • 本論文基於傳統的MIS系統理論，整合了近年來發展迅速的RFID技術，提出了一項小型MIS考勤系統之基型，並以.Net Framework實作之。
    論文中以MySQL資料庫引擎為基礎，援用MIS建構理論，規劃出一學務考勤資料庫系統，並利用ASP.Net及Visual Basic.Net經由ADO.Net對其進行存取，並在實作方法中討論提供使用者經由網際網路在允許之權限下的存取資料庫功能。亦提出建立一應用程式，藉以連結RFID讀卡機，做為考勤紀錄輸入來源之實作方法。
    本論文所提出之方法，將系統區分為三部分加以發展，分別為資料庫、網頁介面及單機程式介面。資料庫部分討論基於資料庫及MIS理論建立資論庫系統之方法，並實現於MySQL資料庫引擎中。網頁介面部分討論一合理系統經由網頁所應提供之各項功能，並加以實作。單機程式討論與讀卡機硬體實機之連接，並針對考勤紀錄進行分析與優化。

    Based on traditional theory of management information system, this thesis issues a small type of MIS model for some special application - attendance recording system with integration of RFID technology, and also proposes the method of implementation.
    Referring to database architecture theory, we organize a database system specified for school attendance record with MySQL database engine, to which we use ASP.Net and VB.Net via ADO.Net to access. In the implementation, we discuss the method to offer users permitted access privilege to the database by means of web browser through internet, and, in addition, we also develop a host-end application program to set up the connection to the RFID card reader which is considered as an input source of attendance records.
    The method introduced in this thesis divides the system into three parts to develop, including database, web pages and host-end application program. The part of database is to discuss the method to establish database system based on database and MIS theory along with realization with MySQL database engine. The part of web pages is to discuss a friendly website interface provided by the system. In the other hand, the part of host-end application program emphasizes on the connection to the hardware, RFID card reader, and the analysis and optimization of the input attendance record.
