語音助理的普及則是拜 Apple 2011 搭載在 iPhone 上的 Siri 所賜，開始進入 消費大眾的生活之中，雖然當時 Siri 的語音辨識度不如大眾預期，但隨著 AI 科 技的發展與進化，語音辨識度已經越來越貼近真人的模擬，而後續進入語音助 理市場的 Amazon 與 Google 更是一舉追上 Apple，取得了在語音助理市場的一 席之地。根據 Voicebot.ai 的調查報告，在美國高達 96.5%的智慧手機用戶表示 曾經在智慧手機上使用過語音助理的功能，而有 61.5%的受訪人表示已經習慣 在智慧手機上使用語音助理，甚至有 24%的受訪人每天都會在智慧手機上使用 語音助理的功能。但是在台灣，似乎沒有被這股語音助理的風潮所影響，台灣 消費者對於語音助理的使用頻率如何?使用目的為何? 至今鮮有相關的調查與 研究。故本研究將使用創新抵制的理論架構為模型，研究以使用障礙、習慣障 礙、風險障礙、價值障礙和信任障礙等 5 項來源因素均影響創新抵制為前提， 來探討各障礙的影響程度與關聯性。以及台灣消費者對於語音助理的期待發展。

The popularity of voice assistants was given by Siri, which was carried on the iPhone by Apple 2011, and began to enter the life of the consumer. There are few related investigations and studies so far. Therefore, this study will use the theoretical framework of innovation resistance as a model, and study the five factors that use obstacles, habits, risk barriers, value barriers and trust barriers to influence the innovation boycott, to explore the impact degree and correlation of each obstacle.
