  • 本研究在探討羅拉式梳棉機之棉網均勻性控制設計與驗證,首先建立羅拉式梳棉機動態系統數學模式,假設棉網移行率為常數,將時間延遲項簡化,推導出羅拉式梳棉機整體系統轉移函數,其轉移函數為一高階系統,在控制系統設計上有其困難性,因此應用Routh近似法,將原始系統高階轉移函數近似為二階系統,進行分析及設計。經由模擬分析得知此系統輸出響應呈遲緩現象並存有穩態誤差,於實際機台中驗證,纖維在羅拉式梳棉機梳理過程中,亦會造成輸出棉網不均勻性。
    本研究運用古典控制理論,設計合適之控制器,使系統輸出響應達到目標,達成輸出棉網均勻性之要求。再運用現代控制理論,將系統轉移函數轉為空間狀態表示式,探討系統可控及可觀性,設計系統模擬觀測器,估測系統狀態,作為系統狀態回饋設計之依據,達到控制棉網均勻性之目標,並探討運用模糊PID控制器,有效使系統控制增益參數隨誤差及誤差變化率,自行校正至所設計之目標,有效提升系統強健性,達到控制棉網均勻性之目的。
    最後利用實驗方式,進行線上即時控制,以感測器量測輸出棉網密度,將量得之訊號轉為電壓值,作為回授訊號,配合所提出之控制器設計,將實際量測值與理論值做比較,驗證本研究所提出控制器設計之性能,能有效提高實際機台輸出棉網之產量及均勻性。


    This study aims to deal with the control uniformity of card wed for a roller carding machine. First, the mathematically dynamic modeling of a roller carding machine is derived, and the collecting power of the card web is assumed to be constant. After the time delay term is rationalized, the transfer function of the roller carding machine is obtained. From computer simulation and in the real machine observation, the transient response of the system is sluggish and exists large steady state errors. For controller design, the Routh approximation method is applied to get its correspondingly second order approximation system. The accuracy of the approximation system model is proved as well. Both of the classical and modern control theories are employed to design the card wed uniformity control of the roller carding machine. The performance of the designed controller has been verified from computer simulation and on-line real time implementation.
