2020年我國的行動通信服務正式邁入了5G的新世代，各家電信公司和各產業企業對透過5G帶動的智慧化與數位化轉型有很高的期待與需求。
面對這樣的環境與發展，本研究希望藉由探討產業用戶對於選擇5G專用網路供應商時選擇的差異點與思考面，來評估個案公司的5G專用網路行銷發展之策略。
研究內容先介紹世界各國與臺灣在專網專頻法規上的差異與可能對產業造成的影響。以技術採用生命週期理論，來定位個案公司欲發展5G專用垂直網路在初升期遭遇的難處。掃描臺灣整體電信產業的總體營運環境，透過五力分析與優劣勢分析審視個案公司的內外部競爭力，找到可強化的部分改善並行銷既有的優勢強項。
本研究以產業界與學界專家推估5G專用垂直網路在各方面可能之應用發展面向，結合業界第一線專家近距離的觀察與市場發展現況說明，歸納出個案公司在發展5G專用網路服務時窒礙難行之處。並結合技術採用生命週期、總體營運環境狀況，五力分析與優劣勢分析之比較，整理出個案公司短、中、長期的經營發展策略，並提出未來建議，供後續實務運作管理與研究參考。

The year 2020 marked the beginning of a new chapter in the history of mobile telecommunications services in our country. We officially entered the new generation of 5G. Various telecom companies and industries have high expectations and demand of the 5G- driven intellectualization and digital transformation. In an environment with the developments such as these, this research explores the differences in the mindsets of the industry users when selecting the providers of the 5G private network. Focusing on the case-study companies, the research further evaluates the strategies of developing marketing the 5G private network.
The research begins by briefly looking at the laws and regulations concerning private networks and dedicated frequency bands among various countries, how they differ from Taiwan and what impacts this may cause on the industries. Using the theory of the “Technology Adoption Life Cycle,” the research identifies and discusses the difficulties that the case-study companies encounter in the initial-rise phase when attempting to develop the 5G private vertical network. The research reviews the operational environment of the overall telecommunications industry in Taiwan. By examining the internal and external competitiveness of the case-study companies with the Five Forces Model and SWOT analysis, one will be able to identify the issues to improve upon while still emphasizing on the existing advantages.
The research cites from industry and academic experts some possible aspects of the development and application of the 5G private vertical network. Combining with what the frontline industry experts have observed and the current market situation, the research outlines the challenges and difficulties that lie ahead for the case-study companies in developing the 5G private network services. Finally, with the analysis and comparison based on the Technology Adoption Life Cycle, the overall operational environment and conditions, the Five Forces Model and SWOT analysis, the research presents the short-term, mid-term and long-term business development strategies as well as suggestions for the case-study companies to be used as the references with for future operation, management and practices
