由於環境、遺傳及其他社會因素,妥瑞症通常在年幼時期發病。國內統計發病率約1/200。妥瑞症嚴重的抽動除了造成親職的心理壓力,其併發症狀包含注意力不專、強迫、睡眠問題、情緒障礙等等,嚴重影響患者生活品質。
國內外研究顯示妥瑞症患者透過規律運動可以減少抽動,也有研究證明運動能改善注意力缺乏,提升專注力。假設運動習慣可以減少抽動,進而促進妥瑞兒運動,讓運動變成生活的一部分,並有效率的消耗能量,將是減少家庭壓力,提升生活品質的方法。本研究的目的即為透過用戶體驗調查結果,導入使用者經驗設計的方式進行研究與設計,建立此App並驗證其成果,達成透過設計的研究(Research Through Design)。
研究設定三個階段,分別為使用者經驗研究、使用者經驗設計、使用者經驗測試,使用者經驗研究、設計與測試中會產生疊代。設計完成後進行任務操作、SUS(System Usability Scale)以及NPS(Net Promoter Score)測試與半結構式訪談。在SUS以及NPS數據上獲得使用者不錯的回應,訪談中也獲得許多使用者需求,從需求建議中再次產出設計,提供未來的App發展方向,持續優化App設計。


Due to the factors of environment, genetics and society, Tourette syndrome is a common behavioral disorder that affects children. Local incidence of Tourette syndrome is around 0.5%. Muscle tics caused by Tourette syndrome not only bring heavy mental pressure to parents, its complications, including Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), obsessive-compulsive disorder, sleeping disorder and emotional disorder, also affect the quality of personal life. 

Recent studies show regular exercise can decrease the severity of tics and help attention and clear thinking. If the hypothesis is supported, fostering the habit of physical activity and exercise for Tourette syndrome kids will decrease mental pressure and improve life quality for their families. Using the method of “Research Through Design”, the study is to verify the hypothesis results through the designed application (app) data which is generated from users’ trials and experiences.

The study includes three phases- analysis, design and test on users’ experiences, in which iterations occurred. After the design phase, operation, system usability scale (SUS), Net Promoter Score (NPS) test and semi-structured interviews were conducted. Positive responses were received from SUS and NPS. During interviews, users provided more feedback on demands, which were used as references for further design to optimize the application.
