在台灣現今高齡化且少子化的情況下，社會醫療資照護不足、醫病比偏高，老年人與慢性病醫療照護的資源成本問題日益嚴重，已成為社會暨家庭的負擔。慧康生活科技公司創辦人鄧居義執行長(ED)有感於自身的經歷，且欲解決心血管疾病、腎臟病、及糖尿病等慢性病健康照護的問題，成立了慧康生活科技。以數位化的「智抗糖」App應用、雲端照護管理平台、物聯網技術、及AI人工智慧辨識科技，加以公司最重要的技術團隊、醫療專業團隊，建立了亞洲第一的全方位數位照護健康管理生態圈，欲解決佔台灣十大死因最多的慢性病健康照護問題。並與國際大廠合作，以此為依據全力拓展海外及全球市場，為全球糖尿病、慢性病患者，提供一個自身管理，及穩定提升自我疾病照護的能力，創造一個更健康的人生。

本研究以哈佛個案之教學方式撰寫，本個案的內容可用於探討創業家精神、商業模式、資源基礎、與左右開弓即組織二元性靈巧的影響。了解企業家創業的精神對企業的成長與決策，及企業策略的發展有何影響。另探討慧康科技所發展的創新數位健康照護商業模式如何利用商業策略，打造新健康生態圈，補足現今社會對慢性病及糖尿病醫療照護不足的問題，讓病患藉由慧康科技所提供的數位服務，自主且隨時的管理自身的健康並透過資源基礎的應用，創造企業最大的競爭優勢，並運用組織二元性靈巧雙主導的模式，拓展企業成長獲利的成長與發展，同時也為糖尿病患者謀求健康福趾。

In the face of Taiwan's aging population and declining birth rates, the challenges of inadequate healthcare resources and rising costs for chronic disease management have become burdensome. Health2Sync Technology, founded by CEO Deng Juyi, addresses these issues through its innovative "Smart Anti-Diabetes" app, cloud-based care platform, IoT, and AI. Collaborating internationally, the company aims to offer self-management solutions for diabetes and chronic diseases globally. The goal is to tackle the critical issues in chronic disease healthcare, one of the top ten leading causes of death in Taiwan. Through international collaborations with major industry players, the company is expanding its presence in overseas and global markets, offering a self-management solution for diabetes and chronic disease patients worldwide, empowering them to enhance their disease care capabilities and leading healthier lives.
This research adopts the Harvard case study methodology to explore entrepreneurial spirit, business models, resource-based strategies, and the impact of organizational ambidexterity on decision-making. The study delves into understanding how entrepreneurial spirit influences the growth and decision-making of businesses and the development of corporate strategies. Additionally, it examines how Health2Sync Technology's innovative digital healthcare business model utilizes strategic approaches to create a new health ecosystem, addressing the current inadequacy in societal healthcare for chronic diseases and diabetes. Through the application of digital services provided by Health2Sync Technology, patients can autonomously manage their health, creating a competitive advantage for the company through resource-based applications. The study also explores the use of an ambidextrous dual leadership model to expand corporate growth, development, and profitability, while simultaneously seeking health and well-being for diabetes patients.
