  • 現下的社會和以往有很大的不同,拜科技進步所賜,似乎所有的一切都必須與「數位化」、「網路」扯上關係才叫跟得上時代。誠然時勢如此,若企業所提供的產品或是服務也得要搭上此時勢才叫「給力」。本文想探討在出版產業這個存在幾百年的老行業在面對科技與數位化的洪流中面臨了那些挑戰,又要如何轉型,努力地求取生存。而在攸關國力發展的高等教育裡所利用知識傳遞的基本工具–教科書又在這一洪流中要如何自處,才得以尋得另一個春天。在文獻探索之外,拿一個超過210年歷史的商業出版公司為案例,看看在現實環境中這知識最上層的源頭出版公司如何轉型,其中是否有一些管理上的理論議題值得我們學習。 在實際訪查個案公司的內部作為與市場客戶互動的過程裡,發現可以用管理學的「企業成長策略」、「新商業模式」、「資源拼湊」和「價值共創」等四個理論來解釋個案公司在轉型的過程上所採取的思維及行動準則。個案公司經過一連串的努力之後,也終於可以在市場上開花果,成功地將新產品、新服務、新的模式推銷給市場客戶,贏得客戶青睞。


    The current society is very different from the past. With the development of science and technology, it seems that everything must be related to "digitalization" and "Internet" in order to keep up with the times. It is true that this is the case. If the products or services provided by the enterprise have to catch up with this situation, it is called 「 gelivable or supportive」 . This article wants to explore the challenges faced by the publishing industry, an old industry that has existed for hundreds of years, in the face of the torrent of technology and digitalization, and how to transform and strive to survive. The basic tool of knowledge transfer used in higher education, which is vital to the development of the national power, is how textbooks can manage themselves in this torrent to find the future. In addition to the literature exploration, here take a commercial publishing company with a history of more than 210 years as a case to see how the top-level source publishing company in the real world has transformed, and whether there are some theoretical management issues worth learning. During the daily life investigate and interviewing to the case company, it was found that there are four theories 「 Firm Growth Strategy」、 「 Business model」、
    「 Resources Bricolage」 and 「 value co-creating」 of management science can be used. Explain the thinking and action criteria adopted by the case company in the process of transformation. After a series of efforts, the case company can finally blossom in the market, successfully promote it’s new concept, new services, and new models to market and get market share.
